User Agreement
FirstDoor.App — Account and Community Services Membership Agreement
Effective date: May 10, 2026
1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1 This Agreement is entered into between FirstDoor.app (referred to as "FirstDoor"), which operates the website, forum/community platform, and related services (the "Platform" or the "Services") through the domain firstdoor.app and its subdomains, and the User who creates an account on the Platform. FirstDoor's commercial/corporate structure is currently in formation; the official company name and registered address will be updated in this document once incorporation is complete. Contact: support@firstdoor.app.
1.2 The subject matter of the Agreement is to set out the terms relating to the User's membership on the Platform, the creation and management of the account, the use of the forum and community areas, and the parties' rights and obligations in this regard.
1.3 Set of Agreements. The following documents are, by reference, an integral part of this Agreement: the Privacy Policy (Document 2), the KVKK Notice (Document 3), the Cookie Policy (Document 5), the Forum and Community Guidelines (Document 6), the Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer (Document 7), and the Intellectual Property and Content Takedown Policy (Document 9). In the event of a conflict, the document relating to the specific matter concerned shall prevail.
1.4 Scope Limitation. This Agreement governs the account (membership) and forum/community layer of the Platform. FirstDoor does not currently offer a token presale or similar financial transaction service. If such features are added in the future, the terms relating to them will be published in separate documents and will be separately submitted for your approval.
2. DEFINITIONS
"Platform": the website, applications, and services provided through the domain firstdoor.app and its subdomains (including the forum/community area), taken as a whole.
"Account" / "Membership": the record created by the User with their e-mail address and chosen credentials, providing access to Platform features.
"Forum": the community area where Users may create topics and share posts, comments, images, and similar content.
"User Content": any and all text, images, links, data, and other materials that the User publishes, uploads, or submits on the Platform.
"Restricted Jurisdictions": the jurisdictions defined in Section 4.3.
3. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
3.1 The Agreement is formed and takes effect when the User completes the registration form, electronically approves this Agreement and its mandatory appendices, and verifies their e-mail address.
3.2 FirstDoor reserves the right to reject any membership application without stating a reason, or to request additional verification (e-mail verification, two-factor authentication, KYC, and the like).
3.3 Membership is personal; it may not be transferred, sold, leased, or lent.
4. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS (ELIGIBILITY)
By creating an account, you represent and warrant the following:
- That you are 18 years of age or older (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
- That you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
- That the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will update it if it changes;
- That you are not a resident or citizen of, and are not located in, any of the Restricted Jurisdictions;
- That you do not appear on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States (OFAC), or the United Arab Emirates, and are not acting on behalf of any such person;
- That you do not have an account that has previously been permanently removed from the Platform.
4.1 Single Account. Each User may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts (sybil accounts) to evade bans, manipulate reward/event campaigns, or generate duplicated engagement is prohibited.
4.2 Institutional Use. If you are creating an account on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to represent that entity and that this Agreement is binding on that entity.
4.3 Restricted Jurisdictions. The Platform is not offered to persons in the United States and its territories, the People's Republic of China, or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions by the UN, EU, UK, US (OFAC), or UAE (including, among others, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and, to the extent sanctions apply, Russia and Belarus and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions). It is solely your responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4.4 Note Regarding Turkey. Pursuant to the Regulation of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey published in the Official Gazette dated April 16, 2021, No. 31456, crypto assets may not be used, directly or indirectly, for payments in Turkey. The Platform is not a payment service and does not provide payment services to users in Turkey. Tax and reporting obligations arising under Turkish law are your own responsibility.
5. ACCOUNT CREATION, VERIFICATION, AND SECURITY
5.1 A valid e-mail address, a username, and a strong password are required for registration. Some features of your account may remain restricted until your e-mail address is verified.
5.2 You alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password, two-factor authentication codes, and the like). All transactions carried out through your account are deemed to have been carried out by you.
5.3 FirstDoor will never ask you for your password, your wallet's private key, or your seed phrase. Messages requesting this information are phishing attempts; do not share this information through any channel.
5.4 If you suspect that your account has been used without authorization, you must notify support@firstdoor.app immediately. FirstDoor cannot be held liable for damages arising from a delay in notification.
5.5 The Platform may offer two-factor authentication (2FA) and similar additional security methods for account security, and may require them for certain transactions.
5.6 Identity Verification (KYC). FirstDoor does not currently apply identity verification (KYC) for membership or use of the forum. If KYC becomes necessary in the future due to regulatory requirements or certain features, this process will be carried out through third-party providers and will be separately announced together with the relevant notice/consent texts.
6. SCOPE AND NATURE OF THE SERVICE
6.1 Membership covers participation in the forum and community areas, profile creation, notification and e-mail preferences, access to announcements and content, and any other account-based features the Platform may offer from time to time.
6.2 FirstDoor is not a bank, brokerage firm, exchange, investment advisor, custodian, payment service provider, or securities issuer. No content on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
6.3 Non-Custodial Structure. FirstDoor never holds and cannot access user funds, tokens, private keys, or wallet credentials. Your membership account is not a financial account; it does not hold money or crypto assets.
6.4 FirstDoor may at any time change, develop, suspend, or discontinue the scope, features, and interface of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
7. WALLET CONNECTION (OPTIONAL)
7.1 The User may, if they wish, link the public address of a Solana-compatible Web3 wallet (e.g., Phantom, Backpack, Solflare) to their account. This connection consists solely of linking the public wallet address to the account and is used for the purpose of verifying/enriching the forum identity. FirstDoor does not, under any circumstances, access the private key, seed phrase, or your funds.
7.2 Any on-chain transaction you carry out through your wallet is irreversible and is entirely your own responsibility; it is your obligation to verify all details before signing a transaction. FirstDoor may not offer, may change, or may remove the wallet-connection feature.
8. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE
8.1 Responsibility. The User who creates User Content is solely responsible for it. FirstDoor is not obligated to review User Content before publication and does not endorse such content.
8.2 License. By publishing User Content on the Platform, you grant FirstDoor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, translate, format, and use the content for the operation and promotion of the Services. This license does not transfer ownership of the content; your rights in the content are reserved.
8.3 You represent that the content you publish does not infringe the intellectual property, personality, or other rights of third parties, and that you hold all rights and permissions necessary to publish it.
8.4 FirstDoor reserves the right to remove, edit, move, or restrict access to content it deems to violate applicable law, this Agreement, or the Forum and Community Guidelines, without prior notice. Even after an account is closed, quotations, the integrity of reply threads, and backups may be retained for a reasonable period.
9. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED USES
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law, the rights of third parties, or this Agreement;
- Engage in content or conduct prohibited under the Forum and Community Guidelines (Document 6);
- Post misleading, manipulative, or fraudulent content; impersonate an identity or authority;
- Distribute viruses, malware, phishing links, or similar harmful elements;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; bypass, test, or disable security measures;
- Crawl the Platform, collect data, or generate excessive load without authorization using robots, scrapers, or automation tools;
- Reverse engineer the Platform's source code (mandatory legal provisions reserved);
- Manipulate reward, point, or campaign mechanisms through fake accounts, bots, or collusion;
- Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other criminal activity.
9.1 In the event of a violation of this Section, FirstDoor has the right to suspend or close the account, remove content, block IP addresses/devices, and, where necessary, report the matter to competent authorities.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 The Platform — including its software, design, interface, logos, trademarks, texts, and other elements — belongs to FirstDoor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose; it grants no other right.
10.2 The "FirstDoor" name and logo may not be used without authorization. Notices of intellectual property infringement are handled pursuant to the Intellectual Property and Content Takedown Policy (Document 9).
11. FEES
11.1 Membership and use of the forum are free of charge. If FirstDoor makes certain features paid in the future, this will be announced in advance; paid features will only be used with your explicit approval.
11.2 Network (gas) fees paid in on-chain transactions and third-party wallet or service fees are outside the scope of this Agreement.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites, projects, wallets, blockchain explorers, or services. FirstDoor does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, security, or practices of these third parties. You use third-party services at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms.
13. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
Details regarding the processing of your personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy (Document 2), the KVKK Notice (Document 3), and the Cookie Policy (Document 5). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these documents.
14. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1 The Services are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranty. FirstDoor does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstDoor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of token value.
14.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstDoor's total liability arising from this Agreement is limited to the greater of the amount collected from the relevant User for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred (100) US Dollars.
14.4 Liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence, and liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, are reserved. For detailed explanations regarding risks, please read the Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer (Document 7).
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FirstDoor, its officers, employees, and business partners against third-party claims, damages, penalties, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your violation of this Agreement, its attached policies, or applicable law, or arising from your User Content.
16. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND ACCOUNT DELETION
16.1 Termination by User. You may terminate your membership at any time through your account settings or by sending a request to support@firstdoor.app.
16.2 Termination by FirstDoor. FirstDoor may suspend or close your account in the event of a violation of this Agreement or its appendices, suspicion of unlawful activity, a security risk, a legal requirement, or the discontinuation of the Services. For serious violations, suspension/termination may take effect immediately without prior notice.
16.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends. Deletion of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, subject to retention obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 14, 15, and 20) remain valid after termination.
17. CHANGES
FirstDoor may update this Agreement and its appendices from time to time. Material changes will be announced a reasonable time in advance, through an announcement on the Platform and/or notification to your registered e-mail address. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you may terminate your membership.
18. ASSIGNMENT
The User may not assign their rights and obligations under this Agreement without FirstDoor's prior written consent. FirstDoor may assign the Agreement in connection with a merger, spin-off, restructuring, or transfer of business, provided that the User's rights are not materially weakened.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures of performance arising from natural disaster, war, terrorism, insurrection, pandemic, large-scale internet or blockchain network outages, cyberattack, decisions of official authorities, and similar events beyond the parties' reasonable control.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
20.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and the relevant free zone, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
20.2 Amicable Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to notify the dispute to support@firstdoor.app with sufficient detail and to negotiate in good faith for at least thirty (30) days.
20.3 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), seated in Dubai, conducted in the English language, before a sole arbitrator.
20.4 Class Action Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes may only be brought on an individual basis; class or representative actions may not be used.
20.5 Mandatory Rights Reserved. Your non-waivable rights arising from the mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection provisions of your country are reserved.
21. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
21.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement and its appendices constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter.
21.2 Severability. The invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions; the invalid provision is deemed replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intent.
21.3 No Waiver. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
21.4 Language. This Agreement may be published in Turkish and English; in the event of a conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail, provided that, for consumers established in Turkey, the Turkish version and mandatory Turkish law are reserved.
21.5 Evidence. Electronic records, system logs, and e-mail correspondence are accepted as valid evidence in disputes.
22. NOTICES AND CONTACT
