Intellectual Property and Content Takedown Policy
Notice & Takedown Process
Effective date: May 10, 2026
1. PURPOSE
FirstDoor respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects the same from its users. This policy governs the process for reporting allegations of copyright, trademark, and other rights infringement, and for removing infringing content.
2. NOTICE OF INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your rights, please send a notice containing the following information to support@firstdoor.app:
- The name, contact details, and authorization document of the rights holder (or authorized representative);
- A description of the allegedly infringed right and the work/mark (including registration number, if any);
- The full link (URL) and description of the content alleged to infringe;
- A statement that the claim is made in good faith, with accurate information, and that you are authorized to submit the notice;
- A physical or electronic signature.
3. REVIEW AND REMOVAL
Valid notices are, as a rule, reviewed within 5 business days. If infringement is found, the content is removed or access to it is disabled, and the user who posted the content is notified. Additional information may be requested for incomplete notices. Content that is manifestly unlawful (phishing, fraud, illegal material) may be removed on FirstDoor's own initiative without awaiting a notice.
4. COUNTER-NOTICE
A user whose content has been removed may, if they believe the content does not constitute a rights infringement (e.g., ownership, license, fair use), submit a reasoned counter-notice within 14 days of the takedown notice. If the counter-notice is found justified, the content may be restored; any dispute between the parties may be brought before the courts.
5. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT
The accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will be suspended or permanently closed pursuant to Article 16 of the User Agreement.
6. FIRSTDOOR BRAND AND CONTENT
The "FirstDoor" name, logo, and Platform content may not be used without authorization; for press and partnership inquiries, please write to support@firstdoor.app. The party submitting a notice is liable for damages arising from bad-faith or misleading notices.
