1. NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE

No content on the Platform — including forum posts, comments, project posts and promotions, announcements, blog posts, statements by moderators or the team, e-mail newsletters, and community content — constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice; nor is it an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any crypto asset. Do your own research (DYOR) before making decisions and, where necessary, seek advice from independent, authorized advisors.

2. USER CONTENT DOES NOT REFLECT FIRSTDOOR'S VIEWS

Content on the forum and in community areas represents the personal opinions of the respective users; FirstDoor does not review, verify, or endorse this content in advance. FirstDoor is not responsible for the consequences of decisions you make based on information, analysis, or claims shared by other users.

3. A PROJECT'S PRESENCE ON THE FORUM IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT

A project being shared, discussed, or promoted on the FirstDoor forum does not mean that FirstDoor endorses, audits, supports, or recommends that project. FirstDoor gives no assurance as to the accuracy of content shared by users or project teams, or as to the success of any project. Any relationship you form with project teams is entirely your own responsibility.

4. GENERAL CRYPTO ASSET RISKS

Content relating to crypto assets may be shared on the forum. The principal risks associated with these assets include:

  • Price risk: Crypto assets are extremely volatile; their value may fall to zero in a short period.
  • Total loss risk: Early-stage crypto assets are particularly high risk; you may lose the entirety of your principal.
  • Liquidity risk: You may not be able to sell an asset at the time or price you want; liquidity may be shallow.
  • Smart contract risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs, be vulnerable, or be subject to attack; on-chain transactions are irreversible.
  • Network risk: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, outages, forks, or consensus issues.
  • Custody risk: If you lose or have stolen the private key or seed phrase of your wallet, access to your assets is permanently lost; FirstDoor cannot recover them.
  • Regulatory risk: Crypto asset regulation varies from country to country and is changing rapidly; new regulations may adversely affect Platform services or your assets.
  • Tax risk: You alone are responsible for the tax consequences of your transactions.
  • Fraud risk: Third parties may target you through fake sites, fake support accounts, and phishing techniques. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone.

5. FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS

Roadmaps, goals, projections, and expectations appearing on the Platform or in project posts are forward-looking statements; they are not commitments, and actual results may differ materially. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The Services and all content are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FirstDoor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information and data displayed on the Platform.

7. LIABILITY

Detailed provisions regarding the disclaimer and limitation of liability are set out in Article 14 of the User Agreement (Document 1). Your rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.
