Newsletter and Marketing Communication Consent

1. SCOPE

This consent covers promotional content, campaigns, new project and event announcements, invitations, and newsletter content sent by FirstDoor via e-mail and in-Platform notification channels. For users located in Turkey, the provisions of Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its related regulation are observed.

3. TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CONSENT

The following messages are not marketing messages and are sent independently of this consent: e-mail verification and password reset messages, security alerts, notifications directly concerning your account or transactions you have carried out, announcements of changes to the agreement and policies, and notifications that are legally required to be sent.

4. RIGHT TO OPT OUT

• By using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every marketing e-mail;
• Through the notification preferences in your account settings;
• By sending a request to support@firstdoor.app

you may withdraw your consent at any time. Opt-out requests are implemented within 3 business days at the latest. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

5. RECORDS

Consent and opt-out records (date, time, IP, text version) are retained as part of the burden of proof. For details on the processing of personal data, please see the Privacy Policy (Document 2).
