Explicit Consent Declaration Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad and Commercial Communication

This Explicit Consent Text relates to the consents you give entirely of your own free will, within the framework of the information provided in the KVKK Notice (Document 3). The consents below are

separate and optional; if you do not give consent, your membership will not be affected by this (only consent-dependent features cannot be offered to you). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time via your account settings or by notifying support@firstdoor.app.

CONSENT 1 — TRANSFER ABROAD

Note: This transfer is necessary for the membership service to be provided on a technical level. Where other safeguard mechanisms under applicable law (standard contract, undertaking, adequacy decision) are available, the Company relies primarily on those mechanisms; explicit consent is obtained for cases not covered by those mechanisms.

Implementation note: Consents must be obtained with each item unchecked by default, via a separate checkbox for each, and without being conditioned on the provision of the service. Consent records (date, version, IP) are retained for evidentiary purposes.
